2020 Weddington Titans Equipment Handout

Saturday, July 18th and Saturday, July 25th

Location:  Picnic Shelter/ Pavillion at Weddington Optimist Park

Registration Fees Must Be Paid In Full In Order to Receive Equipment

Times:  Saturday July 18th 8 am till 11 am

              Saturday July 25th 8 am till 11am

What to Bring:

• A copy of the player's report card from the end of the most recent school year showing all grades OR a completed Home School Form
• A copy of the player's birth certificate
• A current, completed 2019 Pop Warner Medical / Physical Form (this is the only acceptable form)
• A completed 2019 Pop Warner Player/ Participant Consent Form
• A check for $150 payable to WCWAA - this is an equipment deposit and will not be cashed unless the equipment is not returned at the end of the season

Please understand that there are NO excpetions.  We will NOT hand out any equipment to players who do not have ALL of the required documents or who have not paid their registration fees in full.
